This newly remodeled studio apartment is great for a romantic getaway or for extended stay for business or travel. We are located near the Pantages Theater, Viacom and Netflix. This apartment is perfect for someone working in Hollywood. No trucks or tall Vehicles because the entrance is low.

LOCATION

There is a great coffee house/ bakery around block on Gower and Sunset 6091 Sunset. There are several affordable restaurants within walking distance. Palms is on Hollywood and Bronson ( Thai Food ), Tender Greens ( salads is located on Sunset near Vine. There are many tour buses on Hollywood, but you might find it more interesting to just walk around and tour all the old Movie Theaters in the neighborhood. Grauman's, the Egyption, Cinerama Dome ( Arclight) are all within walking distance. Finish it off with an Umami Burger, Tender Greens or Fabioulous Italian Restaurant.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We recommend using “UBER” or “LYFT” which is an inexpensive taxi service. Most rides to go shopping and sight seeing will be under $8.00 and you will save time and money on parking. It is usually cheaper to use UBER or LYFT than to rent a car. If you do drive a car, please tell me the color of your car, make, model and license number.

GARAGE & LAUNDRY ROOM

Please note that the garage entrance is very low. The parking spot will easily accommodate a large sedan but you will not be able to fit a tall vehicle such as a Sports Utility Vehicle or a tall truck.
